By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:🔞 Age RequirementYou MUST be 18 years or older to commission NSFW artwork.
By purchasing NSFW art, you confirm that you are 18+.
I do not take responsibility for false or misleading information regarding your age.
If I discover or suspect that you are under 18, the commission will be immediately cancelled with no refund.💳 PaymentPayment is required upfront via PayPal. I will send you an invoice.
I will not start the commission until full payment is received.
All prices are listed in EUR (€).🎨 ProcessI will provide sketches and WIP throughout the whole commission process.
I will need your input from time to time before I continue.
Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
Major changes after approval may require additional fees.⏱️ Turnaround TimeEstimated delivery: 7-14 days (may vary depending on complexity and queue).
Delays may occur; you will be notified if so.🚫 Cancellations & RefundsFull refund only if I have not started the commission.
50% refunds are possible before lineart phase.
Refunds are possible if I have to cancel your order for personal reasons.
I won't pay for the paypal fees when refunding.📁 Usage & RightsI retain full rights to the artwork.
You may use the artwork for personal use only (icons, profiles, etc.).
Commercial use must be discussed and paid for separately.
I may post the artwork on my social media and portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
If you want to keep your art "private", there will be an extra fee of 30€
You don't have the right to feed my art to an AI (artificial intelligence).
My art will not be used to train AI or to "make changes" or "finish" my art.🔒 PrivacyYour personal information will remain confidential.
I will not share private commission details without your permission.⚠️ General NotesI reserve the right to refuse any commission.
Clear references must be provided before starting.
